a little about myself

Greetings to all my readers!

I have worked as
a teacher and as a Vice-Principal over a period of two decades with esteemed institutions, which focused more on the all-round development of the  children, rather than only on their academic achievement.

Being in the field of education, teaching children, training teachers, evaluating intern teachers, dealing with parents, juggling with administrative procedure in schools could elevate my listening skills and make me earn trust from the stakeholders to deal with their roller-coaster journey and tackle their self-limiting beliefs.

I would be mentioning the anecdotes which I did deal with and the ones which I have been hearing from my fellow educators.

The questions or the topics which you might be seeing here, might be seen elsewhere too, and these topics are imitated but they are not duplicated!

support!!

Dear Readers,

All my posts are meant for all the stakeholders like Students of all ages, Parents, and Teachers with no differentiation in ethnicity. Each of my posts, tells the behavioural highs and lows in the everyday journey, which might seem to be an obstacle to overcome. And also, each post, I presume, acts as a torch-bearer to show where the caregivers had ignored the signals heralded to be attended to!!

In each school where I worked, including an inclusive school, I had a team of mental health counselors, specialized in a special area to work with students and parents.

Above all, when I was a Vice-principal, I had good support from Reverend Fr. Boby, who would be there to guide in the committee as a mental health counselor, and Reverend Fr. Shaji, principal, who would encourage and give a free hand to discuss and document each procedure and review for the implementation of a constructive, positive solution.

I am indebted to those who have supported me and had faith in my pursuit.

Thank you

Warm Regards
